We collect only the information needed to plan, book and operate your safari: your name, contact details, passport information where lodges or airlines require it, and any dietary or medical notes you choose to share.

We share this information with the lodges, camps and airlines on your itinerary, and with no one else. We do not sell data and we do not pass details to third-party marketers.

Enquiry records are retained for three years, and booking records for the period required by Tanzanian tax law. You may ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing our office.
