Deposits, payments, cancellations and what to expect when you book.
A 30% deposit confirms your booking and secures your accommodation. The balance is due 60 days before arrival, or immediately for bookings made inside 60 days.
Cancellations more than 90 days before arrival forfeit the deposit. Between 90 and 60 days, 50% of the trip cost is payable. Inside 30 days, the full cost is payable. Some camps apply stricter terms in peak season and we will tell you in writing before you pay.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or card. Card payments attract a processing fee of 3.5%.
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical evacuation and cancellation is a condition of travel.
